He brings 20+ years across Salesforce architecture, global CRM programs, platform governance, and enterprise delivery, and recently earned the IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification — with a particular focus on the intersection of AI governance, Salesforce, Agentforce, responsible AI, and enterprise risk.
